Samsung N210 uk screen issue?

Hi all,

After seeing a friend with a Samsung N210, great battery life, exactly what i need! i just had to get one so off i went.. So far so good until turned it on, i keep getting lines through the screen on load up which i am sure are not supposed to be there. I've played some of the windows media player videos on full screen and there is no issue on that or the desktop while using it.

I'm currently on my 3rd N210 and i am still having the same issue so i'm not sure if there's a batch problem (not sure if thats the correct term or not) or if its me being too fussy as it should be my 1st netbook...

Should i just live with it or take it back for another replacement?

Hi Lee, welcome to the forum,

The first odd line should say 'Microsoft Corporation' I think. Maybe the resolution on the boot screen is wrong. If it operates fine then I'd say it's a keeper.
