How do I create a Sansung Recovery area on my samaung R510

Hello,I have just bought SAMAUNG R510 with a damaged HDD(which I have now replaced). I thought this would not be a problem as I have an unused copy of WIN 7. But when I come to use Samsung Recovery solution, the error message come back "there is no Samsung Recovery area on your hard disk,setup is cancelled.My question is how do I CREATE A hidden partition area on the new HDD to include a virtual drive that is reconised by this software, please. This I am sure has been asked before,if so ,please bare with me.Thanks
