[N150] XP drivers on Win7 (better performance)

Hey, I've been doing some test, I run Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bits on a samsung n150 plus. I tested modded drivers (sherry) and I get about 15-20 fps (benchmark), when I try official drivers I get 14-18 fps, and when I try official XP drivers on 7 (force installation) I get 20-28 fps, its a BIG difference. The problem is that when I install xp drivers i can't control brightness. I tried modifying the registry (featuretestcontrol) and many things and i couldn't fix it. I reinstalled easy display manager, xp and 7 versions, and it was impossible. If we could fix this, we would have a really big performance increase, any idea? I'll upload some screenshots, thanks!

Interesting find MarianoR. I can't help on the brightness front but, like you say, it's a problem that would be worth solving...

Here are some screenshots (I posted them in another topic). The performance increase is important, I havent got much experience in registry modify, I tried installing differents versions of easy display manager, because of the "display" (not vga) drivers. I tried uninstalling the display (not the vga) and couldn't fix it. Maybe someone experienced has the answer.
