I picked one up yesterday from PCworld, had to scout around as they are in scarce supply and they have none in their warehouse. Had to go for white as the no 1 daughter wanted white and it is for her for her birthday on Fri.
Of course I had to play first to set it up and it was a doddle, trashed the 90 day macafee thing, far too intrusive a program for my tastes.
Got it on the wireless on the net and on my LAN very easily.
The battery life is amazing, I would say 5-6 hrs on "normal" use profile. Using the keyboard is very good even for my fat little fingers the enter key is easy to miss hit as it is slightly smaller than the one I am used to but I am sure I will soon get used to this one.
The only problem I now have is the other two siblings are pointing at it and going "I want one".
The carry case is a waste of time really, just an envelope of cloth, a more substantial one is needed even for carrying inside another bag, I guess that will be the first accessory on the list.

ah- Ive just checked online and they seem to have black ones in stock in Currys and PCWorld, I didnt look further!
And Ive just checked my order from dabs and the status is "Shipped" but I havent got a confirmation email yet

Just bought mine today. White NC10 from ldlc.com. I'm from france but in no way french. I'd be looking to use the nc10 with a french keyboard and french win XP. I'd live with that. Eagerly waiting my nc10 to arrive. Thank you all for the great info found on this forum that led me to choosing the nc10.
