Samsung made some big announcments at the recent CES event, including the Series 9 notebook and Series 7 Sliding PC, however they also slipped out a couple of updates to some of the older netbook models.

Here we take a look at the new Samsung NC110.

The Samsung NC110

The NC110 is, as you might guess, an update to the N110. This was one of the earlier models released to follow up the original NC10 model. In fact the earlier version of this was sometimes referred to as an NC110 as people were keen to keep the letter C in there! So don’t get confused if you Google up the older version!

The NC110 has a new dual core Intel Atom N570 processor and supports up to 2GB of DDR3 memory. You’ll find the standard up to date netbook specification inside: 250GB hard drive, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0 and have 3 USB ports, a VGA port, a flash card slot, and a 6 cell battery.

Where can I buy an NC110?

No news on when, or even where this model will be available so if you see it out and about please let us know! As usual you can post in our comments section below or join in the discussion in the NC110 forum area.

Just got one, will spend the night setting it up. Just become available in Australia. Got it form JB for $360 and they are still selling N455 machines for up to $420. Was going to get the HP 110 N570 but the Samsung looked and felt a lot more sleek and sexy.
